We collect what you send on the contact, consultation, and careers forms: name, email, phone, company, role, and the note on the brief or what you have shipped. LinkedIn is optional. We also record page views through Vercel Analytics and a first-party activity tracker so we can see which pages are used.

We use it to reply to a brief, process an application, and keep the site working. We do not sell personal information. We do not run a third-party ad network on this site.

Access stays with the people on that brief or hire. Project files sit under the agreement for that project. We do not claim a certified security stamp or a named audit we cannot show.

Write to contact@xitehub.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. We will handle the request from the Karachi studio. We do not sell a GDPR certification as a product.
